JOIN US Saturday, June 1, at East Beach in Galveston, for the 16th annual Sandcastle Competition.
Event schedule:
7 am - 8:30 am, beach open for access to sites (no vehicles on the beach after 8:30); parking is $5 per car/entry.
8:30 am - 9 am, clear beach of all vehicles (all must be cleared or team will be disqualified)
10 am - 3 pm, sandcastle building
3 pm - 4:30 pm, sandcastle judging
4:30 pm - 5 pm, awards ceremony.
