Landscaping can improve or denigrate the property value of your clients project... Attorneys love the fees from lawsuits created by improperly installed irrigation systems. Did your irrigator design a system to regulate the moisture content at the building foundation? Is the irrigation system functioning efficiently or is it causing structural problems? Are the plant materials too close to the foundation? Are tree roots causing structural or roof problems? Does the landscaping promote curb appeal or are the plants too large and too tightly grouped causing increased maintenance budgets?
