Houston Better Business Bureau Recognizes
A&E – The Graphics Complex for Exemplary Service
A&E – The Graphics Complex, a 40 year old, family-owned printing company, received the Pinnacle
Award at the Houston Better Business Bureau Awards for Excellence luncheon held today, Wednesday,
May 3 at the InterContinental Hotel. This was A&E’s seventh time to be recognized by the BBB for
service excellence. A&E was also recognized in 1998, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, and 2005.
Family owned and operated since 1964, A&E – The Graphics Complex strives to set higher standards
for customer service. Since its founding as a small blueprinting company, A&E has evolved into
a full-service "graphics complex" offering anything and everything graphic; from color and black
& white copies, to outdoor banners, tradeshow graphics, graphic design, print on demand,
customized direct mail solutions, staffed corporate copy centers, sales, leasing and service
of copiers and printers, and the reproduction of construction documents. A&E also facilitates a
culture of continuous improvement.
A wide array of products and services has enabled A&E – The Graphics Complex to continually grow over
the last ten years. During this time, A&E has also been recognized as a leader in customer service.
"We are very fortunate to have great people that enjoy what they do and we try to provide an environment
so that they can do what they do best, and that is to provide our clients world class customer service",
says Pat Gremillion, VP of Sales & Marketing. Gremillion also states, PWe strive for a culture that
facilitates a family-oriented environment, but also a culture of providing our clients with great
customer service."
When asked what it means to A&E to receive this recognition, Chuck Gremillion, president of A&E, states
"The nature of our business requires us to work very closely with our clients. We make special efforts
to let our customers know that A&E is committed to their success. We have always touted that our most
important product is not our copying, printing or graphics, but rather our customer service, so to be
recognized for service excellence means a great deal to everyone within the company who is part of
making that happen."
The BBB Awards for Excellence recognizes local businesses that have excelled in quality, service
and management. Proceeds from the event will help fund the four programs of the Better Business
Bureau Education Foundation and extend its educational initiatives to outlying communities of the
